This campaign is now being widely shared on social media to spread awareness about climate change. Netizens are sharing pictures of planting a sapling on April Cool Day. Even communities across the country are coming together to plant saplings and make the summers cool.
Taking a step towards environmental protection on the occasion of April Fools’ Day, Bollywood star Juhi Chawla also urged people to plant a tree and make the month ‘April Cool’, instead of ‘April Fool’.
