The Australian-based website comparethemarket.com has conducted a study on the most desired countries people are willing to relocate to. In order to find out, they analysed Google search data for each country across the world for search terms correlated to relocating. The website analysed each country around the world on their annual search volume for terms such as ‘relocating to [country]’ and ‘moving to [country]’ to reveal the world’s most desirable countries to relocate to.
Resulted were quite interesting as India was in the 8th spot of the most desired countries to shift. Residents from seven countries preferred India as a suitable choice. The countries include Bhutan, Ivory Coast, Niger, Bangladesh, Finland, United Arab Emirates.
India is one of the youngest countries in the world as most of the population in India consists of aged around 29. Plus, the fastest-growing economies too. All thanks to a robust start-up ecosystem and a giant IT sector, ample amount of job opportunities in India. India’s talented and ambitious workforce will propel further economic growth.
Canada has bagged the top spot on the list. The North American country has always been the favourite of many people around the people mostly because of its welcoming nature and growth opportunities. Canada also regularly ranks highly for government transparency, civil liberties, quality of life, economic freedom, and education.
The second spot went to Japan with 31 countries preferring it as their number one relocation destination, including Australia. The best part about Japan is its life expectancy rate, which is one of the world’s highest. Japan has been a global leader in several industries like automotive, robotics, and electronics. These sectors offer plenty of employment opportunities.
