Kanchan Singh Chauhan, a social worker, and a famous storyteller. Fighting for the interest of the disabled people gathered for a discussion on her book “तुम्हारी लंगी” in Sheroes Cafe, Gomtinagar, Lucknow on 4th December. The perceived attitude towards people with disabilities, how that becomes a barrier to the inclusion of people with disabilities and to accomplish their full potential. “इन कहानियों की नायिकाएँ परिस्थितियों से जूझती, गिरती, सँभलती और हताशा के चरम पर भी हौसले का परचम लहराती फिरती हैं।” -गौतम राजऋषि The event was attended by many notable personalities like Shri Shivmurti who was the Chief Guest of the event. The event was anchored by Dr Amita Dubey along with Anju Sigh a finance controller, who was the president of the programme. Furthermore, Pawan Singh, director Hindi Sansthan, Avadhesh Tripathi Advocate, Renu Agnihotri, President Jayati Bharatam, Jyoti Mishra CBI, Haritima Singh, Sarita Nirjhara, Jyoti Nanda paid their special wishes to the esteemed writer and finally, Shri Vijit Singh offered thanks to all guests at last.
