Union Public Service Commission, UPSC Engineering Services Exam 2021 is scheduled to be conducted on July 18, 2021. The duration of the examination is one day. However, in wake of the grim situation due to the second wave of the COVID 19 pandemic, the majority of students demanded postponement. Twitter flooded with messages with ‘#PostponeESE2021’ to urge the Commission to take an immediate decision on UPSC Engineering Services Exam 2021. The campaign was started on June 6, 2021, and it’s still trending. Today, a mega trend is being organised by the students. Approximately 2 to 3 lakh candidates are expected to appear for UPSC Engineering Services Exam 2021 in 15 centres across the country. UPSC has already postponed its civil service examinations and recruitment tests. Students have claimed that if all the exams under the Commission have been delayed, then why not UPSC Engineering Services Exam 2021. Union Public Service Commission conducts UPSC Engineering Services Exam every year to select candidates for different engineering posts. The Commission shortlist the candidates for the IES posts through Preliminary and Main Examination.
