The two-day Times Property Expo organised by the Times of India and Navbharat Times ended on Sunday. Times Property Expo received an amazing response.
Since the expo was about the property so all the visitors were able to gather all information about the property under one roof.
Private and public sectors developers were all collected to set up their stalls at the event. They received a very welcoming response from customers who were interested in buying housing units or flats.
The chief guest was Divisional commissioner Rajan Kumar and Akshay Tripathi, chairman of Lucknow Development Authority(LDA) was the guest of Honour at the exhibition. While Shobhit Mohan Das, President, CREDAI was also present there.
The Divisional Commissioner said, “ I congratulate Times Group for organising this event. As the city population is increasing, it is necessary to provide resources to the public. It is our duty to ensure proper resource management for citizens.”
One of the models that attracted the attention of most of the buyers was the Greenfield Township Model which will have several commercial and housing units other than hotels, restaurants, and educational institutions. It is to be constructed on 1200 acre land under a 3km radius of the forthcoming international airport, bus, and railway station in Ayodhya by a government agency.
“I wanted to purchase matching rugs, curtains, bedsheets, pillows covers for my recently constructed house in Jankipuram Extension. I had explored some online shopping options, but these things were available at the Expo,” Akanksha Sharma, one of the visitors said.
