MpowerU Wellness is a place where science meets spirituality. Today we introduce you to Harsiddhi Pancholi, a founder of MpowerU Wellness. What makes her unique is her ability to use body codes to solve personal issues such as anxiety, depression and postpartum depression to name a few. We got an opportunity to learn more about her approaches to finding the root cause of emotional and physical challenges. So, without further adieu, let’s get started- Harsiddhi Pancholi, Founder of MpowerU Wellness 1. As I was reading your profile, what intrigued me was that you work as a Space Energy Cleansing Expert. Can you shed more light on this? Becoming certified in Emotion and Body Code was a starting point on training my intuitive powers. I was able to tap into the limitless potential we hold within ourselves and use these creative, intuitive gifts to help myself, my family and many others along the way. The outcomes I had for myself and others were truly miraculous. This led me to trust and allowed me to harness these powers to coach and guide the clients based on guidance from the divine consciousness. Space energy healing is an extension of this understanding and wisdom and applying it to land and buildings. Oftentimes the land and spaces may have discordant and blocked energies as well as ancestral trauma for whatever it's been through in the past. Using muscle testing and intuitive abilities to release these blocked energies and allow the energy to flow within the living spaces creates balance in harmony in these spaces. With my experience of energy cleansing of houses and lands, I have helped families improve their relationships, overcome recurring illness and health issues, clear stagnated energy and feel positive vibes in the house. Space energy cleansing of the workplace has improved cohesion in workplaces, reduced toxicity, improved focus and productivity and reduced churning of employees and other resources thereby impacting the business profits positively and creating a desirable workplace. Space energy clearing has also been successfully used to help with selling of houses. Therefore, creating a potential to heal in every aspect of life that touches an individual. 2. What pushed you towards spirituality and how do you heal clients through spirituality? Spirituality for me is my ability to connect with the higher consciousness. It’s an aspect of our consciousness that helps us transcend our limitations of time and space, beliefs and perception of realities that our mind creates to live in this 3D world. Once an individual is able to sense and be aware of this connection to something greater than oneself, be it divine consciousness or collective consciousness they feel prepared to embark on this journey of self-discovery. I assist my clients by making them aware of this connection and their unlimited potential by releasing the emotional baggage and facilitating them to create beneficial mindsets and beliefs so that they can steer the compass of their life in the direction that allows them to move forward with ease and grace. 3. If I talk about body code? What does a regular session look like in this? Since I work with energy the sessions can be offline or online. Offline sessions are also known as distant healing and are performed without individuals being physically/virtually present. Online sessions on the other hand are conducted through telephone/video calls or physical presence in my healing studio. Regardless, of the format of the session chosen by the client, each session opens with a guided breathing exercise and taking a moment to express gratitude for whatever joy it brings to our hearts in the last 24 hours. This practice allows grounding and centring of our energies & provides a strong foundation for the healing sessions. Next, we address the challenges that the client might be facing. For instance, if the client is suffering from chronic back pain, feeling lost or even having relationship challenges then we delve into the root cause by asking their subconscious mind. This is done via Muscle testing (based on the principles of Kinesiology) and intuitive channelling. As the blocks are revealed they are also released through powerful intention setting. During a session, a client may experience some body sensations like feeling light, hot, cold, tingling, sometimes even heavy or they may not feel anything at all. Once we are able to release whatever shows up for the client on the day, the session is concluded with the intention to reset and rebalance the energies and to release all the blocks immediately and with ease and grace. The client is then advised to remain well hydrated for 24-48 hrs so they can process the releases easily and effectively from their mental, physical, emotional and energy bodies. Session notes are sent via email to the client at the end of each session. 4. What are your approaches when counselling your clients in order to overcome their trauma or depression? (Through emotion code) As Emotion and Body Code Practitioners our focus is on directly working with the energy of the individual. Therefore, our sessions do not involve traditional counselling techniques. Instead, healing happens at a subconscious level where the individual’s subconscious is given permission to bring the emotional blocks from the past traumatic experiences into their awareness and then release them. It’s a simple process with profound results that often manifest in miraculous ways. 5. What struggles do you face during your therapy sessions? Generally, when an individual is seeking help through this form of healing, we don’t tend to run into many issues. The key lies in asking the right questions to the subconscious as the subconscious is very specific with the words we use. For example, if someone is struggling to lose weight, we may ask the subconscious – Is it ok for you to lose weight? We may get a Yes as an answer, we may also be able to clear blocks to lose weight. However, the client may still struggle with it in subsequent sessions or they may not experience much shift. Therefore, it’s also important to check at this point – Is it safe for you to lose weight? Sometimes, even though we may consciously feel ready to let go of certain things, the subconscious mind may not be fully aligned to that readiness. If someone has had any sexual trauma/ violence due to how attractive they looked at some point in their life, subconscious might feel unsafe for you to feel attractive again due to its negative association with the past event. 6. In mental health services, counsellors tend to tap the subconscious mind. What techniques do you use for it? Through releasing layers of emotional baggage, helping them with shifting their perspectives, changing old belief patterns to ones that serve them to move forward and most importantly instilling hope and empowering them to their recovery. 7. Also, what exactly are blockages that many spiritual coaches remove in a person’s healing journey? In Body Code our aim is to balance and harmonize the Mind, Body and Spirit. Therefore, the blockages that we release can take various forms, including beliefs and patterns, physical misalignments, biochemical imbalances and of course chakra, meridian and aura imbalances. While these are common blockages an individual may experience many others. Through practice, we swiftly identify these blocks and offer holistic healing methods to address them fully. This approach allows us to facilitate profound transformation and restore overall health and well-being. 8. Let’s talk about Muscle testing. What are do you techniques you use for this? Muscle testing is based on principles of biomagnetic energy. While our conscious mind is mostly oblivious to these energies, we believe our subconscious minds profoundly affected by them. Our premise is that the subconscious can lead the body to respond to or reinforce positive energy and to avoid or refuse negative energy. These responses are what make muscle testing possible. We can tap into this relationship between the subconscious mind and energy by asking “true/false” questions, and then checking the body’s response. Response can be checked a number of ways, but is often done with methods like the Arm test, where the subject simply holds one arm outstretched in front of them, parallel to the floor. The tester then places two fingers on the subject’s wrist, and asks a question, placing a small amount of pressure on the writs. If the subject’s arm resists, that is a “strong response,” and it equates to a “yes” answer. If the arm gives way under the pressure, that’s a “weak response,” and equals a “no” answer. This strong response/weak response is the basis of muscle testing. 9. Lastly, how you built your business around it. Initially, my practice thrived on word of mouth, boasting a remarkable 400% referral rate. As individuals embark on the journey of re-discovering themselves, a ripple effect ensues, igniting a passionate desire to extend this newfound bliss and clarity to others. This positive energy spreads organically, like sunshine on a cold day, touching the lives of those around them. At the start, I provided Emotion Code and Body Code sessions exclusively for local clients. With practice, I expanded my services to include online sessions conducted via voice and video calls, as well as through email correspondence. This expansion enabled me to build a global client base, reaching individuals in various cities across Australia, India, Canada, the UK, Europe, and Singapore. Building on this success, I ventured into offering online space healing for diverse environments such as houses, offices, and factories. Furthermore, I delved into Quantum healing techniques, mastering the facilitation of Group healing sessions. This advancement allows me to simultaneously assist multiple clients and influence collective consciousness. Group healing sessions can be conducted in person, over Zoom calls, or via email correspondence.
