Kanchan Singh Chauhan, a social worker, and a famous storyteller. Fighting for the interest of the disabled people gathered for a discussion on her book “तुम्हारी लंगी” in Sheroes Cafe, Gomtinagar, Lucknow on 4th December.
The perceived attitude towards people with disabilities, how that becomes a barrier to the inclusion of people with disabilities and to accomplish their full potential.

The event was attended by many notable personalities like Shri Shivmurti who was the Chief Guest of the event. The event was anchored by Dr Amita Dubey along with Anju Sigh a finance controller, who was the president of the programme.
Anushakti Singh the famous young writer and novelist of Sharmishtha and Stapu kept her reviewable remarks on the book.
Famous storyteller Himanshu Bajpai, radio story writer Sahabat Afreen and poetess Pallavi Vinod read some parts of Ms Chauhan’s story.
And the discussion was among Anamika Srivastava(Program Head, All India Radio), Arun Singh(Editor, India Inside), Deepak Srivastava(Writer), Mamta Singh(Reviewer), Vijay Pushpam(Writer), Vivek Pandey(Editor, Abhinav Mimamsa).
Furthermore, Pawan Singh, director Hindi Sansthan, Avadhesh Tripathi Advocate, Renu Agnihotri, President Jayati Bharatam, Jyoti Mishra CBI, Haritima Singh, Sarita Nirjhara, Jyoti Nanda paid their special wishes to the esteemed writer and finally, Shri Vijit Singh offered thanks to all guests at last.
