Mrs. Vibha Rastogi, Kamal Jewellers, Dehradun: Vibha was born and brought up in Allahabad and later got into a jewelry family business after her marriage. Kamal Jewellers was at a very initial stage at that time, Vibha helped the brand to reach the heights it is today, from designing, marketing to manufacturing, vibha managed it all with grace. Since then, she has been an integral part of all the decisions related to manufacturing, marketing and overall aspects of business. Ms. Vandana Saraf, Director, Aisshpra Gems and Jewels: Born on the 31st of August 1962, Vandana Saraf was educated and brought up in the business belt of Kanpur. Married early into the Saraf family, and with the support of her husband Atul Saraf, she was the first “bahu” of the family that took on the mantle of serious work responsibility. It's being who you are-being the woman that you are, without fears of judgment or a joke. It's being successful, not in a materialistic way, but in the way you want to be. It's about doing what you want to do in life, fighting for what you want-not waiting for others to give you what you need. There are still obstacles for women in doing that. - says Vandana.
