The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow has now opened its applications for the Executive Programme in Strategic HR. These courses are developed by WileyNXT, an online executive education program partner from Wiley. The course will begin on April 16, 2022.
Candidates can now apply for this programme by March 30, 2022. Rs 1.49 lakhs, in addition to taxes, will be charged as fees for the course.
The course will be a six-month experiential learning program where certification courses will be provided for HR professionals on integrating data and technology into the human resource function and helping businesses to deliver effective results to customers, organisations, employees, and partners. Basically, it is designed to accommodate practical and applied learning.
With this course, applied candidates will have an opportunity to transfer acquired knowledge into practical application with the help of various case studies, projects and discussions. Experts are hoping with these courses one can be aspiring executives who are looking to make their career in Strategic HRM or assuming senior management roles inline functions of HRM.
For this programme, candidates must be a graduate in any stream with a 50% or equivalent score in the highest qualification. It should be noted that enrolled candidates should have at least five years of work experience in business or human resource roles. A candidate with an education specialization in Human Resources and knowledge of programming and statistics is also eligible.
